hi firend , what is the procedure of filing a civil case in court , please also tell me the fees .

court fee depends upon the subject matter of the case. Also depends upon the valuation of the property, in case a suit relating to property is filed. What do you want to file exactly?

Adv. Archna has rightly told you. Now engage a civil lawyer of your area who knows how to file a civil suit. If you yourself want to file your case then certainly you require all such information.

If u want to file a suit better contact any lawyer pay his fees he will file a suit on behalf of you, you dont have to think about procedure it is left to the advocate.
Court fees depends on the nature of the suit and valuation of the property.

Well it simple,it is like asking a doctor how to operate a patient,doctor may guide step by step but the results will be responsibility of the operator,it is better to let the doctor operate it.Civil litigation is not just as easy as Criminal cases.There can be hundreds of loose ends left to let other part to pluck and drag it accordingly.
