Better consult a lawyer to draft a Will. Cost of drafting differs with lawyers.
There is bare minimum fees for registration of Will.

al WILLS are meant to be challnaged.

one can make a will (i) in writing (ii) with clear description of property (iii) with clear description of himself (iv) with clear description how property was acquired (v) with clear description as to whom and how much share of the property shall go (vi) clear description of terms and conditions of transfer (vii) signed by two or more witnesses (preferably the witnesses to be of suitably integrity and expected to be alive when the WILL is challenged

(viii) if the property is self acquired
