Hello members
Sir my husband is living in rent for last 6 mnth..and iam living in matrimonal house.he file divorce case and i file dv act case..in which only2500 decided as maintence..which is also nt given by my husband...he is nt paying electricity bill,cylinder cable expenense etc...wat should i do...as iam housewife doing studing...pls suggest me something to improve my condition...

File an execution case and pray for arrest warrant therein.
The arrears would be then paid in no time.

If husband not paying maintenance as per court order, file execution of the orders.
