Sir, after deth of my father my brother started tourching me.he is an illitrate person.so he does know value of relation each times he abused and beat me.i am fifth of in my sisters my all sisters get married with the help of my father.what should i do?yesterday my brother neglected me from the house.my father had given me propert's paper at the time of his death. How can i get my share in property. Please help me sir

IN whose name the property is registered?

What is the date/month/year of death of your father?

You may consult a senior lawyer specializing in family/property/revenue/civil matters..................and discuss the violence in home and your share in property.

You can also approach Dist. Legal Authority in local courts for free legal aid and women cell in police...........
