Partnership deed may contain the fact that this partnership is continuing since last ........years but there was no formal deed executed and now this deed confirms to the all previous business done in the name and style of this partnership..........

Thus this deed may be got operative with retrospective effect.

Dear Mr. Rajkumar.....and all experts let i first say thanks to ur reply.. to me this deed is an agreement,, if so the aggrement matters so as to giving approval to its previous acts done by the signatories to the aggrement...... is my stand is correct.....
