No is the answer unless your mother wishes to share the property, during her life time. If she dies intestate (without alienating the property or without execution of Will), then only your right to claim property will arise.
P. Venu (Expert) 09 October 2015
What is the source of funds for purchasing the property?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 October 2015
You have no share till your mother wish so or expires intestate.
K.S.Srinivas (Expert) 13 October 2015
Agreed with Sri Rajendra K Goyal.
