Nullify my husband registration of second marriage

My husband got second marriage (Register) in other district. At that time I was staying with my parents due to personal reasons. Is it possible to nullify this register marriage. Can I send legal notice to particular office ? ? ?

First Serve A Legal Notice to your husband as well as to the concerned Registrar Office where the Second Marriage was Registered.

IPC sec 494 would be applicable in this case it is nothing but Bigamy and criminal offence.

Yes, second marriage is null & void. You can challenge in a competent court.
