I want to marry a girl . She is of 18 as well as i am too. If it is not possible then we want to spend our life with each other but she is muslim and i am hindu . Its the main matter. What should i do to protect myslf as well as her to and what should i do so that the police are also in our support ?????

If if not the marriage will be illegal and when relations go sour you can land in rape charges alongwith the Pandit/Maulana who conducts marriage and friends relatives (attending marriage) as abettors of crime..

If you do not belong to same religion then marriage is possible only through court under Spl Marriage Act which is not going to happen as you are under age.

Living togather without marriage is itself a suicidal idea and you can land in rape charges when relations go bad.

In some cases court have also awarded maintenance. In any case the child born of such relation is entitled to maintenance.

Such relation at this age will be serious dent to matrimonial prospect of both of you.

We have seen such marriages in movies in cinema.

but you never knew that

a. in movies the actors speak scripted dialogue after rehearsal.

b. if action/dialogue is not ideal then there is retake.

c. for doing this they are paid in lakhs for shooting for few hours..

d. even if they have to survive as a couple without society they have to do so only upto shooting hours. So they can live this short period even without income.

e. after shooting actors go home and live their real life.

f. they stand to lose nothing if someone wants to imbibe such artificial reel life and spoil his own real life. they had been doing so from the earliest hindi talkie "Achhoot Kanya"

Dear Prince Charming you are under age for marriage. Concentrate on planning your life at least for three years. Marriage is not just an enjoyment but brings responsibilities also. Honorable Additional Sessions Judge (ASI) Darmesh Sharma of City Courts Delhi had rejected the Plea from Police and Delhi Commission for Stating that POCOSA Act Prohibits Minors from being involved in any Kind of sexual Activity.Honorable Judge also had stated that such an interpretation would mean that the body is State Property until the Age of 18 and that such an interpretation would mean no individual below 18 years can be allowed to have pleasures with one's body.
