(Querist) 14 May 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hi sir !
I just want to ask to experts that if one registered property is there and if anyone has applied objection before mutation illegally than how can I get mutated the name on property.

Your query is not clear. If there is registered property and you are the owner of the property beyond all reasonable doubts, then no one can object for mutation expect your family members, if they fall under the category of legal heirs of that property in any way (by will, family partition, family agreements etc).

Many of the states have made the systme didgital and now e-Patwaari is available.

Usually the tehsildar send the copy of registered sale deed to patwaari/e-patwaari for updation.

If an objection has been raised, then you may handle and defeat it on merits.

Engage an able counsel.

Mutation of the property is being done by revenue authorities (generally Tehsildar) who will invite "objection" from general public before it is sanctioned in the name of registered owner. If someone has filed an objection, clarify and defeat it on its merit.
Consult a local prudent lawyer practicing in revenue matters.

Objections have to be removed
