(Querist) 24 October 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hi sir I m selected in upsc written n interview also bt now I have case which is under trial so can I find govt job
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 24 October 2016
you can join after exoneration by the time of appointment.

There is no provision to keep the offer open indefinitely.
Kuummaar AS (Expert) 24 October 2016
Dr Narendra Dev azad,

YOU HAVE SAID,

"I m selected in upsc written n interview also bt now I have case which is under trial so can I find govt job"

WHAT TYPE OF CASE IS IT?

FOR WHAT JOB HAVE YOU BEEN SELECTED?
Guest (Expert) 24 October 2016
Dr. Narendra Dev Azad,

Your question, "can I find govt job" is quite irrelevant, when you have already found a job when stated, "I m selected in upsc written n interview also."

However, please clarify, case under which section of which Act and for what offence?
Kuummaar AS (Expert) 24 October 2016
IT WAS PRESUMED THAT "can I find govt job" IS DUE TO ENGLISH PROBLEM. THE QUERY WAS ABOUT GETTING THE JOB.

HOWEVER, Dr. Narendra Dev Azad IS IN A BETTER POSITION TO CLARIFY.
Guest (Expert) 24 October 2016
If the author has done doctorate, he can well understand what he said in English language and what he intended to know, provided it is a real problem with him.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 24 October 2016
If possible try for amicable settlement and quashing of FIR. Discuss with your lawyer.
P. Venu (Expert) 24 October 2016
The ending case is not a material issue at this stage. However, it becomes a factor once you are selected. every thing depends upon the nature of the offence under trial.

Presently, your priority should be in an expeditious trial and getting acquitted on merits.
DR.VEDULA GOPINATH (Expert) 25 October 2016

As advised by my learned colleagues M/s. Goyal and Venu, please prevail upon concerned to close the case either by withdrawal or speedy disposal.

At the time of joining, if you are not convicted (should not happen) there would be no objection.

It might be a false case and hopefully the case will be dismissed and you will be acquitted.

Wtih good wishes for your future assignment.

Author can proceed as advised by the expert DR.VEDULA GOPINATH.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 25 October 2016
The said case is initiated before you applied for job, after you applied for job or after you cleared written test and interview?

Hope you have not concealed about it in any submission.

Get the case closed, preferably on merits.

You have still not disclosed what is the case?

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 26 October 2016
the problem will not arise with conviction. the problem is still there merely by the case being pending.
Guest (Expert) 26 October 2016
What kind of case is under trial and under which section of which Act? You have not made anything clear.

Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 October 2016
