interzone transfer in railway on spouse bases

Sir I am working in Indian railways in Biknaer division nwr and my wife working in delhi metro and my home is also in delhi so how can I apply for interzone tranfer for Delhi and what documents I have give and to whom I have to write application..your suggestions is important for me sir.

Yes you can apply. Railway employees have effective Unions. They are better equipped to assist you.

but understand

if your seniority is on zonal basis then even if you are favoured with such transfer then you join with zero seniority at the bottom in new zone. There is no adverse effect on pay and pension.
