husband asking divorce

I have 20 months old girl child. My husband kidnapped her and asked me to go to my mother home. I abused and he himself went to police and i got my baby back. Last 6 months i was in my mam house. He is asking divorce. I replied with maintenance. We had a loan on this property for 1 crocre. He nicely used me and married me for building this house. Kindly reply. Thanks

For kidnapping the child you can lodge complaint of kidnapping against him.
