How to file defemation case.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 03 October 2014
Actually what is your query? You want to file suit for defamation//complaint for malacious prosecution or apply for initiation of perjury?
We are not astrologers to predict the outcome of the court proceedings to reply your question inte alia "what should I expect from the court......"

Further you have asked "how to file defamation case" is an academic question for which you will have to join a law college, complete degree, join some senior, learn for 15-20 years.

Narayanbhai,
No defamation case can be filed:
As All Legal/ Court proceedings are privileged.

SO FORGET IT.
OTHERWISE ALSO; DEF CASES ARE USELESS!!
U loose court fees, time, money, harassed & no outcome!! Only loss....
How will u prove damages & loss in money, because of any allegations in court case?? Judge will decide it be true or false!!

Let the court decide the matter on merit. Better concentrate on the present case in spite of initiating defamation case in which success is doubtful.
P. Venu (Expert) 03 October 2014
You may move an application for striking out the pleadings.
Narayanbhai Rajpurohit (Querist) 03 October 2014
Thankyou Mr.p Venu. Mr.rajendraji Goyal. Mr.V.R.Shroff .Dr Vashishtha. From the bottom of my heart..I'll concentrate on present case and let the court comment on my request for order on procedings of perjury against them...thanks once again

Since you have already moved a perjury case, it would be better you follow it up scrupulously.
