how can Muslim divorce wife

Dear experts

How can a Muslim divorce his wife as after several reconcillations problems again repeating.

The wife is not in a position to accept for divorce. So how can i divorce.

As iam facing a lot of torture and cruelity.

Please help me.

You can seek either two type of divorce under the Muslim law:
Extra judicial divorce or
Judicial divorce

The extra judicial divorce can be by:
talaaq, ila, and zihar.
mutual agreement- khula and mubarat.

For Judicial Divorce you can file a Divorce suit in District Court under the Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act 1939.

Well, husband can not seek judicial through court of law as Muslim Marriage Dissolution Act applies to wives alone, not to the husbands.

Husband can give divorce only through modes prescribed by Sharia law. The most popular among these is Triple Talaq in presence of wife/Quazi and 2 witnesses.
