grant job under compensation....

(Querist) 28 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
How can a married daughter get the govt.job After her death of father who was a govt. Employee under magadh university, bihar without any noc and in the family nobody has objection for as same and what rules and act will regulate.......!
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 28 July 2016
Author, generally no married daughter is entitled to get the job of her father under compassionate grounds. only divorced/un-married daughters get the job if no other family member is an earning member and give no objection from the remaining members.
P. Venu (Expert) 29 July 2016
compassionate appointment is not a right. In appropriate cases married daughters could also be eligible to be considered.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 29 July 2016
Refer to the Rules of the department.
The appointment on compassionate ground is no right of the legal heirs but it is a beneficial measure to save the family falls under sudden distress.
The married is daughter who is otherwise fit for candidature is not in itself a restraint to get the job.
So the married daughter in the basis of NOC can very well apply for the same.
