sir,

daughter means grand daughter. the property has been registered on her father. Actually the property came from the minor child grand father which has been registered when grand father is alive. now the minor child father trying to sell the property without giving any share to the minor child born to him and my friend.

Father is absolute owner of the property, his daughter can not stop him selling this property till he is alive.
