With due respect to learned experts, I may be permitted to highlight that majority alone cannot be deciding factor in matters of financial expenditure and propriety; majority matters only in cases where more than one prudent view is possible and has no relevance where majority is influenced or compelled by perversity.

Academic query.

The term, "IF" denotes mere presumption, not an event occured or problem arisen.

State the real problem, if you face any, and how you are concerned with what type of decision of the society?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 02 March 2015
Rightly observed by expert Mr. Dhingra, it appears to be an academic query.
