Hello dear expert !
I am having 2 flat with same builder but different apartment, building is 15 to 20 years old ,no society, all flat owner jointly appointed one flat owner for taking care of meintenance of building, land is on builder name. Now my question is :
If building collapse by any means what will be my legal position pls guide me.
Do i get new flat if builder builds new building free of cost? Or
I do not get flat ?
Do i have any right along with other flat owner in the land ?
Or i do not get anything does i loses all my rights? Pls guide ne

In my sale deed one clause is written " undivided right in the land beneath the building " does this clause has any legality

Why should builder build and give you free of cost?
Depend on the circumstances how and under which conditions flats are built.
Land is joint property.
You have your rights as per law.
It is better form a society.
