    In 498A & 406 oral arguments done,both requested for written arguments which was allowed by Court,prosecution submitted after defense will submit their arguments and after providing a copy of defense arguments to prosecution will file arguments.They filed also application claiming as Per SC " EVEN THE ADVO APPOINTED BY VICTIM OF THE CRIME IS ALLOWED TO GET THE ADVANCE COPY OF WRITTEN ARGUMENTS FILED BY THE DEFENSE " made mention of Lokesh Singh vState of UP& Santu Mahto v State of Jharkhand
