Respected Experts,
A partnership firm issued a cheque in the name of the firm, with one person signing it. However, the account associated with the cheque was jointly opened by the firm. Due to the absence of the second signature, the cheque was dishonored. Can I file a Section 138 case against both the partnership firm and the individual who signed the cheque?

Now is election time. The competing candidates also leave a piece of paper even in the locked house and making house bin.
Can a case be filed against those who commit garbage or against that party?

If a person has taken loan and infused it in the startup, and the partner does fraud and takes all the money and disappear. Can the victim approach the banks for relaxation/moratorium period until the culprit is caught and recovery is done from him.
If FIR is launched can the property of the culprit be seized and recovery be made by the Police/court?

I have been residing in the same premises for over 20 years; and I have been issueed with Voter ID.
I was casting vote at every election till last election.
This Parliment election, my name is not in the Electoral, (while attempting to download the booth slip, Upon checking at the website, it simply responded with SEARCH NOT FOUND)
On raising the complaint, the election commission, immediately close the complaint without resolving it (it means fails to receive the complaint)
I called over the ECIL Office, shockingly, I was accused of possibly having two ID cards, which is absurd.
How could a responsible organization issue two ID cards to one person, especially when I have lived at the same address for 20 years with only one ID card. Such an accusation against a law-abiding citizen like me is highly objectionable.
I expect this matter to be resolved , and to get a positive so that I can exercise my democratic right to vote.
Veterns, please advise where to file a case as the election date is nearing..

dear sir / madam , when we submit application with court fee . for some reason if court rejected the application , does court fee is refundable ? .
I have given 15k court fee to lawyer for financial case. Since it has more than 3 months. Lawyer keep saying tomorrow by 4pm will give case number like this keep saying since more than 2 months . He said that 3 months ago application rejected as we seeked less amount than in the notice .and after that lawyer said that we submitted re-application but still he not able to provide case number . Do not know what is going on. Thank you.

Notice u/s 138 of NI Act is issued to co., only. There is no single word of that, it is represented by Managing Director. Complaint is also filed same. In my opinion complaint is not maintainable without directors are parties

Inam land was given to my great grand father but at that time no pattas issued,he entried his elder son name in patta later (in 1950s) do his other sons get share in that land

My brother's mother in law had registered an unconditional settlement deed for his wife 3 decades ago. They have no kids. His wife has 3 siblings. The Mother in law and his wife passed away. The siblings have not come forward to claim his wife's settlement deed which is in Tamil Nadu. Do my brother have the right upon the property owned by his wife after her demis If so how much percentage could be his share according to Christian marriage act?

The candidates were declared as AGM as and when vacancies arise. I was the 1st waiting candidate at serial number 9 and serial number 10 is getting promoted from the date of DPC. i could not join in time on my transfer due to accidental fall from a high place and requested the management to consider my sick leave as per Bank rule but they did not .They issued charge sheet which culminated with penalty of non cumulative one increasement for 6 months . When I requested for upgradation my post in official site, they issue letter after one and half year that my case is in sealed cover procedure. At the date of DPC no charge sheet were issued or no disciplinary proceedings were pending, the question of sealed cover would never arise. The serial no10 has ,in course of time, promoted to CGM post. How can I get all these promotions through legal procedures ? kindly state the judgements.
