Dear sir,
my grand father given me settlment of 17 cent of land ,i have also changed all patta, sitta ,and taxes in my name . now i have decided to sale that land. there is no objection by my grand father and there births to sale that land. so it is possible to sale the land to others ?

sir,
My, grandfather has given me 17 cents farm land by settlement deed on the year 2007.The land was brought on his own money.Till three years it was cultivated by me. but now he and his son for me (father inlaw) was threatening me andalso rude me with rowdys. my grandfather has three sons and one daughter and my father was elder son of my grandfather. so now i was filled a suit against them. so tell me it is quit possible for getting permanent injunction .The case will be in favor of me or not.

Occupying a wasteland
Dear sir,
In my village there are some important person in the community were occupying the 5 acres of land with the help of vo,president,this is actually illegal and it is public property so he have plan to sale property after making all documents so kindly suggest me how i can stop him ? and show him the lesson.
