partition in property

Dear Experts that the court had order that 50%of my father share is given seprate with possession .Experts that our hotel is running my uncle and he is not giving our share in property and business and we have made case and the court had order that 50% of my father share in property and bussiness is given along with 5yrs profit .Sir i want to ask that wht about the Lodging licence to whom it will go and we also want to run the business .wht is the procedure for 1)Land Partition 2)in Business 3)Licence 4)Income tax Department. Experts U have any format related above plz forward .

Court order

Court had order that 1/5th share of my mother is given in property and other immovable .I want to mutation the name in flat wht is the procedure in mumbai to whom i have to contact if u have format plz forwad me .[I have to go through The Secretary, or subregistrar office or any other department in mumbai .]

sale deed of flat

How to get the sale deed of flat if i have only share certificate,I had given 15000/- to search mumbai sub registrar office only they had given me building owner search not that particular flat search . He is telling that record is not available,and the society is also not helping us there is dispute with my uncle he told to society not go give any records sir kindly help me what to do how to get the sale deed and all records of flat [the flat is situated at nepansi road mumbai ]

I want to cancel the lodging licence wht is the procedure .wht are the reason i have to give it, and to whom i have submit the letter plz give me format.

licence of Loadging

There is Lodging in Mumbai, one of the partner is death the licence belong to him last five years the other partner is running the same business on that licence .How to cancel the Licence and there is any way that his legal heir will enter in it or that the partner will get the licence in his name.
Plz answer below question
1) If the property is joint and licence is also joint one of them death than the heirs will also enter their name in licence.
2)In mumbai grant road area South Div who is the licence authority to give the licence
3)After the death of party is there any rule that the Licence will continue, To whom i have file the case [LICENCE AUTHORITY]or the insepector whose duty is for inspection and renewal the licence .
4) How can I stop the Licence .
5)Lodging Licence is transferable or not
6)How to get the Attested Copy [Duplicate Copy of licence] to whom name the licence is granted.

Sir i have a sale deed of land i want some doubts in that the words pl z help me ["The purchasers" which expression shall unless expressly otherwise provided mean and include the survivor or survivors of them and the heirs executors and administrators of such survivor and their assigns.] (The Said purchasers forever as joint tenants so that on the death of one or more of the purchasers the survivors of survivor shall be entitled to the whole of the said premises absolutely )Know there is a death of two members and one is live is that the whole property belong to them only or to there deceased heirs also enter in it.
