Section 101 society act and registrar failure

Our society Is 40 yrs old bldg, in Mumbai two years back in AGM the M.C decide to repair our bldg and got a quotation from a consultant /contractor ( structural repairing) the process performed by MC was not transparent so I didn't pay the repair amount decided for my flat and not payment came with 18% interest after two year the repair work rather in 9 months as stated and was been charged interest till then n now work has started and the contract is given someone else rather than that person on whose quotation money was collected as thing didn't work , so transparency has taken hit and on collected amount the new one agreed to work on old quotation now In new AGM '17 they decided to use section 101 society act now my question. Is as per my knowledge this act is for recovery of maintenance due which I pay regularly does it also apply on repairing money collected sperately by society . And after complaining for two year to registrar office regarding malpractices and corruption in MC regarding society welfare and repairing work. No action yet. How to go about your help will be useful.

Property dispute between brothers

Hi,

My father wrote his entire self-acquired property only to my youngest brother. The Will is registered and also my father has died. However, he has two other sons. Meanwhile, the above referred youngest brother wrote the entire property to his two elder brothers equally by relinquishing his rights on a 10 Rupees non-judicial stamp paper which was not registered or notarized. However, he is refusing to execute it.

I came to know that there is a supreme court judgement that even self acquired property cannot be written on a single person.

I have the following questions

1. Is it possible to fight this case and win
2. If you know any similar cases, can you please provide some reference to it.
3. Also, please quote Supreme court Judgement reference number.

Thanks !!!

Appellant side argument

Dear Learned Lawyers,
Against the lower court judgment / decree, a fraudulent respondent made an appeal suit in the next appellate court and dragged the appeal suit for more than a year. It is just to drag on the suit and the advocate engaged by him did not appear in the court though the court called for appellant side argument. When the last chance was given by the court, the appellant changed the vakkalat and sought for extension of time. What is the way out in our legal system to come out of such vexatious issues ?

Thanks & Regards
Balaji
