If not satisfied by the decision of bar council then...

I have applied for action against a lawyer for charging me 75000 and assisting me in lounging an FIR against culprits and remain present in court procedure till the end. Advocate received cash and did not assist me in any way, so I have launched a complaint in the Bar Council for justice.I am sure I'll get justice but advocate being a politically headstrong person, if I am denied justice, then above Bar Council where should I apply.

Section 12 of DV act

Hi, mu brother got married in 2009. And living separately from his wife. He is not in any contact with his wife. In 2012 his wife filled case for maintainance and share in property of my fathers land which is earned by his own money. Later court gave judgement she doesn't have any rights in asking peoperty in father in laws land. And her husband has to give monthly maintainance of 2000. As my brother is not in contact with his wife and did not appear in court also during this case he did not pay any amount till today. But now my brother wife has filled a case under section 12 of domestic violence on my brother, my father and my mother. And compensation for mental torture 10 lakhs from my parents. She never stayed in our house means with my parents. In her statement it was mentioned she stayed happily for 1st 6 mont of her marriage in house with my brother and my parents. But now she filed a case of domestic violence on my parents. Is the case maintainable against my parents? As in previous judgment it clearly mentioned my parents are not responsible to pay any compensation to her.

Rcr case - experts advice needed please

Dear Sir/Madam
Kindly advise on due course of RCR reply received from respondent, she has stated that she is willing to rejoin by the condition to leave apart the ailing parents and praying the Hon’ble court to dismiss the petition by stating false allegations on me.
Anyways im not going to join her by separate living nor have no intentions to rejoin after her ill-advised reply fore worded by the respondent’s counsel
Question:-
Would I be asked by Hon’ble court to rejoin by asking to go for separate living?
Can I go with filling of Divorce petition? On basis of cruelty by respondent of RCR by which she is asking for separate living away from old aged parents- referring to Supreme Court Judgement –notified dated 17th Sep 2017?
If I file divorce - will I be asked to reimburse her marriage expenses- which respondent primarily quoted as she have spent 18 lakhs on the course of wed lock in counter reply.
Will i get true justice by defaming the intention of respondent to exploit money?

Please I request experts to advise on this is for my inner clarity even though my counsel is representing me in the RCR Case.

How to change lawyer without getting into formalities of noc

My previous lawyer does not respond well. Most of the times he leaves me with a lot of stress.
Does not respond to simple queries also, like what is the relevance of such & such section, so that I am aware before the next hearing.
Many a times he gets into fights with me which leaves me very stressed up.
I am not satisfied with his services also. There is hardly any communication.

I want to change him without getting into the NOC / termination clause. While continuing in the case.
What is the process of continuing the case & modifying (not refreshing) responses & applications. Or without the need of filing fresh applications.

I want to know whether in this scenario whether she can ask for alimony considering that she is also earning very well.

Rcr filled last chance to file counter by respondent

Dear Sir /Madam
I have filed RCR on May 17 2018, still now the respondent has been dragging the counter filling by praying for time @ Tambaram Sub Court. Hon'ble has given 3 last chances and final date is on 21.02.2019. What will i be given in this concern, unofficially respondent blackmails for coming for separate living by leaving my aged parents 70 & 60 respectively at stake, but while appearance in court creates sympathy in front of court of law and laughing at my justice. Or if I file divorce petition she would stand for demanding { INR 15 LAKHS - Marriage Expenses + 10,000 Maintenance where she earn 60,000 in Zoho Corporation + Also she is targeting 50% share my house which is fatally jointly owned by me and respondent for which entire EMI is paid by me}. Which is the key hold for her to drag the proceedings. Fed up with the days passed from 10.11.2017 where she left the matrimonial home and she doesn't show any interest to rejoin, just intending to demand money which are mentioned above. Feeling absurd why Court of Law is been encouraging these types of criminal girls and spoiling the boy’s life. Writing this query in a pathetic mind and disparity. Please give your suggestions,
1. Can i file divorce now - irrespective of RCR OUTCOME?
2. Can i file after 10.11.2019 - i.e 2 years of Desertion by the respondent?
3. Or should wait for RCR decree by successful - 1 year stipulation period to file Divorce after RCR Judgement I have don't have much financial back ground to shell the money, but I want to get divorced from this cruelty minded girl and her family.
Please advice me

Thanks
Regards
Vishwa
