My deceased mother is owner of landed property purchased by her during her life time. we are 5 sisters and one brother.The property was sold by my father,brother and 4 sisters to the husband of one of my sisters.I am claiming my right and challenging the sale.All of them are offering cancellation of previous sale. My father expired recently.Please guide me with procedures.

Dear sirs,
My father expired in Feb. 2014. He is owning two residential houses purchased out of his own income.In the year 2012 he has written a registered will in which the two said properties are written in the name of my brother. Please inform us what is the further course of action for my brother to implement the will.

Dear sirs
My father expired on 27.02.2014.There are some bank deposits in the name of my father with nomination registered. For one deposit the nomination is registered in the name of my sister Arunakumari.AS per 10th class marks list her name is Arunakumari. After marriage she is named as Padmakumari in her in-laws house.THe name change is notified in the gazette.She is holding address proof and ID proof for the Padmakumari.NO proof is available for the name Arunakumari.I request you to guide me for closing the deposit for which nomination is registered in the name of Arunakumari

My mother deceased before 2003.In 2003 a legal heir certificate was obtained from Tahasildar in which the names of my father,5sisters including myself and brother are included. In 2006 the property was sold by other legalheirs except myself to the husband of one of my sisters.It was suggested in the lawyers forum to file a suit for claiming my rights. The property is situated at Anantapur AP. It is residential plot. The current guideline value is Rs,250000.I reuest you to guide me regarding suit expenses,lawyers fee etc

My mother deceased in 2003. There was a prperty in her name.After the death of my mother a legal heir certicate was obtained which includes the name of my father, 5
sisters and one brother. In 2006 all of the legal heirs excluding my self transferred the property in my mothers name
to the husband of one of my sister by sale deed. All of them signed the sale deed. What is remedy for me and the validity oflegalheir certificate obtained in 2003. I came to know the incident recently.

Construction of annadanasatram by vysya community in temple land
I am representing vysya community from Dhone Kurnool Dt AP. There is a propsal to construct and manage annadana satram at Sri Maddeleti narasimha swamy temple, Rangapuram Betamchrla mandal AP.The funds will be collected by religious Hindu-vysya community members.THere is no private land in the temple area. Please guide us.Please also guide us regarding GO'S endowment lands of AP
