The Corpus fund provided by Builders after redevelopment of Building to society members to be calculated & distributed on old carpet area of flats or new carpet area of flats ? Or on Member wise as service Tax ?

THIS HAPPENED IN THE 90'S
MY FATHER AND HIS ELDER BROTHER USED TO RUN A PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND MAKE GOOD PROFITS.
MY UNCLE (FATHER'S ELDER BROTHER) BOUGHT A PIECE OF LAND FROM A THIRD PERSON WHO HAD OWNERSHIP OF THAT LAND THROUGH A COURT DECREE AND GAVE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND ALL RIGHTS TO MY UNCLE ON FULL PAYMENT. THE DEAL WAS DONE THROUGH A FRIEND OF MY UNCLE WHO PLAYED THE ROLE OF MIDDLEMAN IN GETTING THIS AND OTHER DEAL WITH THE SELLER, AND MY UNCLE DID KNOW THE SELLER PERSONALLY.
WITHIN A COUPLE OF YEARS OF THAT SAID DEAL MY UNCLE SOLD THE PIECE OF LAND TO MY FATHER AGAINST THE PROFIT OF THAT YEAR AND MY UNCLE TOOK 100% PROFIT OF THAT FINANCIAL YEAR.
THE WHOLE AGREEMENT WAS EXERCISED ON A NON-JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER OF RS.50/-IN 1992
BUT MY FATHER NEVER GOT THE LAND AND DEED REGISTERED IN FRONT OF A SUB-REGISTRAR.
AS THERE WAS NO DISPUTE AS SUCH EVER BETWEEN THE BROTHERS.
NOW AFTER THE SUDDEN DEMISE OF MY UNCLE, HIS FRIEND THE MIDDLEMAN TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY AND TOOK QABZAH OR HOLD AND HAS HIS TIN SHADE AND WATCHMAN ON THE PIECE OF LAND.
WHAT SHOULD BE THE PROCESS TO TACKLE THIS SITUATION

A registered absolute Power attorney to B to transfer the immovable property in the name of C, the wife of B. Later on A played fraud on B and C. Out B and C, who can initiate legal action against A

My father filed partition suit in court and given gpa to a person,he sold the scheduled property under sale agreement cum gpa during (in 2006)pendency of suit.is that sale valid after final decree?

Relinquishment Deeds or release deed , used in case of will deed after testator death and will is written in Favour of one legal heirs excluding others if all legal heirs are agreed?

Hi.
My land has been acquired by the government. I have already submitted all the required documents but it has been a year that the district officer has not signed to transfer the money to my account. Whenever I go to ask them, their only reply is that the officer is busy in a meeting. You can imagine how much money I am losing.
If I hire a lawyer in my area maybe she/he can do a half/half setup with them and charge me.
Now I have decided to take a big action for them.
Which way i can take action against them? Or there is any faster way ?
RTI application , High Court, Order 37 of Court of civil procedure-summary suit or Complaint to Central Information Commission.
Please Advise me and save my time

Inam land was given to my great grand father but at that time no pattas issued,he entried his elder son name in patta later (in 1950s) do his other sons get share in that land
