how can file or mark exihibit from petitioner 125 crpc case

WE are going to tender documents like salary slip of respondent,compromise deed which was not implemented by respondent.how to mark exihibit on it.before this we only tender two affidavit as evidence marked as ex AW/A1 & AW/W2.Plz guide me as early as possible.

The salary slip can be exhibited only if the person giving it comes and testify before the court though the compromise deed can be exhibited by you.

If your evidence is already closed then file a recall application and get exhibit the documents.

on chief examination or cross examination, it can be marked

Call concerned salary clerk from the office of respondent and get the salary slip compared with record and get it exhibited but the compromise deed can be got exhibited while tendering it. If resisted then produce the same is cross-examination of the respondent when he comes in the witness box.
