Principle Senior Civil Court Vs Family Court?

Dear Experts I have Following Doubts please answer my queries?

Que.1.Family Court Based at District Quarter is Superior or Senior Civil Judge Court based at 45 KMS away from Family Court is Superior as far as Family Suits are concerned?

Que.2.Can A Court Order under Sections 13(A) of Hindu Marriage Act pronounced by Principle Senior Judge Court be challenged at Family Court at District HQ by Judgement Debtor or one need to go to HC for Appeal or Review?

1. Family court is equivalent to District Court wherein Additional District Judge is Presiding officer so it is a superior court than a civil court senior division.

2. The power of Principal Civil Judge to hear HM Act cases has been withdrawn in almost all States and all such matters have been given to Family Courts but if in any particular State old procedure is going on then appeal is to be filed to the family court
