What is the procedure to transfer a case from 1 state to another?A case of maintanance u/s 125 of Cr.P.C going on in chandigarh at the girl's place now she is shifting to dhanbad at her brother's place.The husband is also from dhanbad.What is the procedure to transfer the case to dhanbad from chandigarh.Also mention the relevant sections & if there is any ruling then please mention that.

File Petition for Transfer of case before Supreme court well provisions and ruling are unnecessary for at this juncture approach an Advocate(SC practicing)he/she will takecare of everything

There is no hurdle to transfer the case from Chandgigarh to Dhanbad in the present matter. Just file petition before SC.
