selling of property

sir,
my grandfather purchased a property in mumbai suburban in 1975.in 1980 he attached with his freind for devlopment.that man cheated grandfather and 6 other person by taking advance .withought completing same he ran away,than my grandpa made agreement with other devloper,that man completed remaining work but he alloted a flat to a lady.now that lady had captured all 8 flats and taking rent of that 8 flats.still all doccument is belongs to us.now i want to sell that property and want to get rid of case filed by that 6 mans who had given advance.my grandpa,that lady.freind & othres are accused in same.so what is your suggations.the case is still not came on board and the main accused freind died in 2006.
