sir m Manish doing ma CSfinal,,, i'd like to pursue LLB through correspondence ,,,infact i asked info on tis course earlier but i was told by de panel of experts dat "LLB is a professional course it can only be done by full-time mode" but me going through extensive learning bout de course i found out dat it is indeed possible to do LLB through distance mode universities like "ANAMALAI UNI" offer LLB through distance mode,,,, reason behind me doing tis course is to enhance my career as "Secretary" nd i wont be practising as a lawyer,,,sir can u plz guide me on my learning on LLB correspondence course!is my learning true?

Legal jargons, terminology and effect of clauses are not easy to digest. Therefore, it is suggested to attend the class-room courses so that difficulties in learning could be mitigated.
Doing the law course only for the sake of enhancing prospect of another profession is understandable but not ethical to suggest so.
If you have any law lecturer nearer you to guide you in case of difficulties, you may opt for correspondence course in LL.B.,

It is true that some universities have even started offering LLB Course through correspondence but the same is only for academic and not for professional and if in future, you want to do practice then it is not possible. You cannot be enrolled as an Advocate by any Bar Council rather you shall be designated as LLB only.

I wonder if there is any LLB by distance mode offered by any university given the guidelines of BCI which prohibits LLB through distance mode. However, there is only one course that is Bachelor of General Laws which can be done by distance mode and that is an academic degree and you cannot practice as lawyer by acquiring BGL degree
