LIABILITY OF LANDLORD

Hi,I just want to know if my tenant availed a two wheeler loan giving my address as his address proof as tenant,now if he fails to repay the emi of the loan will there be any legal risk for the landlord.

No the verification guy came n jst asked if he stays here as tenant n landlords name,nothing else,actualy his aadhar card n voter id is on my address as tenant

Landlord has no liability if s/he is not guarantor.
Why do you prefer to stay "anonymous" as such author may not be obliged by experts as per rule of this platform.
