Dear sir , i have a relationship with a girl , we both want to get married . But her parents disagree with us . So that they locked her in a room and trying to get her marriage . What legal step i should take right now . She told me that they are continuously tortured her to say me that she don't love me .

Go and report to nearest police station about, torture, harassment and cruelty inflicted on the woman.
You otherwise cannot do anything but wait for her to get out of the house and come to you, after that you can marry her.
However if you have guts to speak to her parents, go and meet them and take your parents and other relatives for marriage talk.

My parents already talked with her parents , but they didn't agree with that . And she can't came out because her parents always watching her and locked her in the house . What to do ? She only want to get married with me . Her parents wanted her to get married with another guy forcefully . Her mobile also been ceased by her parents .

Yes. I agree with the advise of Expert, Mr. Vijay Raj ji. If she is a major, then complain in the nearest police station that she is ready to marry you but her parents locked her in a room.

WHAT THEREAFTER?
She will be taken to police station and there is all the possibility that the statement she may give may be give can be sufficient to lodge FIR against you on multiple sections and some of them may be non-bailable.

OK. She is ready to come with you today living in dream castle.
But when she is actually taken to thana there is no guarantee that she will give no statement against you. Such statement (even if given in pressure) will put police with no option but to arrest you in multiple charges and some of them may be out of non-bailable sections.

Police has no powers to negotiate in such cases.
They may negotiate out of goodwill gesture but with the sole purpose how best to ensure that you run away from the dream of marriage with her.
