my friend deepa bought 5 tickets for concert a year ago . concert was suddenly cancelled and the tickets amt is refunded . can deepa also claim compensation as she is a singer and she had lot of expectations to see that concert and it was her dream to hear him sing as singer only came to india 20 years back . is it barred by limitation to claim compensation

You may send a legal notice mentioning facts and grounds .but as the amount of tkts is already refunded and original tkts must have been returned to the said organisors.your claim is already settled and hence you have to prove cause of action before court if mater contested advisible to avoid unnecessary litigations which will involve considerable cost and compensation please note
