What are the terms and conditions for the old house? Consult a local lawyer for further guidance.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 01 March 2019
You are in possession of the property under "tenancy", therefore, it would be advisable to accept the terms of landlord/ titleholder, in your own interest.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 01 March 2019
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer to interpret provision of State Rent Control Act.
