am i elgible for family pension (husband was ex govt employe) if i get re-marry?

Dear queriest, why anonymous? You have to disclose your identity. Is your husband alive or not? If a widow is getting family pension (after her husband) and if remarry then the family pension will be stopped from the date of remarriage. If the person has not informed about remarriage then that person will be punished as per law concerned.

Once you marry again, you are not eligible for family pension thereafter.

On remarriage, you are "no" more LR/ part of the family of deceased employee and not entitled for "family" pension.
