suicide threat by wife

dear sir,
I m 30 years old, Govt servant. I m in great trouble. I did registered marriage with a girl 3 years back. But we didnt start living together. She is living in her house and I at my fathers house.The reason is that I could not arrange to live together. But since last couple of months, she started to threaten me to commit suicide at my fathers house, if I dont start living with her immediately. She even dont listen my any request.
Now please help me, what will I do with her? If i start living with her, she may commit suicide at the slightest causes. Because, she had already started to talk about suicide. Should I file any FIR against her threat?
Please advice....

In fact you can be booked under DV Act for not co-habiting with her. Whatever, the reasons may be if you did not have guts to face the situation viz.telling about your marriage, you should not had married. You have infact cheated her. I advise that good sense prevails over you and you tell the truth to your elders and resume your marital life. Thank your stars that she has only threatened imagine if she really commits suicide and blames you and your family you will be much more in deep trouble.

Mr Abhijit. after read your problem. I think that your wife is ready to live with you, but on the contrary you deserted your wife from last 3 years. Now she is your legally wedded wife and evry married women wanted to live with her husband. you ve not clear the reason of your separation. You are government servant then whats the problem from last 3 years. If you are unable to live with her then why you solemnised registered marriage.Now you ve to go to your wife and convince her that you had some problems and now you are ready to live with her. thats the only possible solution. Don't even try to lodge any kind of FIR against her... at this mental state of mind she can be take any wrong further steps. god bless both of you.

Your suspicion "she may commit suicide" is meaningless. You have to inform your parents about your marriage, convince them and bring the girl home to lead happy life.

Your efforts should be with optimistic orientation of mind and you will succeed.
