Partion suit

As per our fathers WILL(self aquired) MY brother and i have equal share in a house -so far it is not equally dived-ed
Query is we want a Legal part ion done of the property -advice procedure---documents required. court fee etc.

If ur father is alive then you can't do partition.

Your father property is self acquired. so after him all legal heirs of your father have equal rights over the property.

Incomplete information can not lead to form an opinion and advise, such as whether your father is still alive, how many LRs of your father, what are the properties (movable and immovable) etc.
It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer.
