Dear sir
I m working no 1 financial services in India, last two year I m taken two pramoction, now I m getting good offer from insurance services, but now they are not accepting my resignation, they are saying we will not accept my resignation, if you are in same intension we will terminate your code, I have good name and they are not ready to leave, there in no aggriment here, if I asked to Hr they are saying that u can take approval from VP, plz

Proceed as advised, however, no one can stop your resignation if you have finally decided.
An anonymous author should not expect valuable response and obligation of experts as the same is against rule of this platform, disclose your identity before posting any query qua dispute involved therein.
