138 ni act

My judgement in a 138 NI act is supposed to be given soon. I cannot travel as I stay in another city. Can the judgement be read in my absence but in presence of my lawyer and will sentence be suspended for 30 days for filing appeal?

If you are accused the judgement shall be pronounced in your presence, similarly and sentence, if held guilty, can not awarded in your absence.

Why did you prefer to remain "anonymous" author, knowing well that as per rule of this platform the experts do not oblige such person ?
