I had filed revision in HC against maint order crpc 125 of session court which is dismissed on initial stage.can I file any petition in HC to review the judgement of session, can I go in Art 226/227 or any other provision to file appeal again in HC

MM/JMIC or Judge Family Court has the jurisdiction to entertain an application u/s 125 Cr PC. Application u/s 125 Cr PC shall not be entertained/adjudicated by Sessions Court as stated by you, recheck.
File review petition, which shall be entertained by same court and bound to fall flat.
Can you send me a copy of records with orders passed by Sessions Court and High Court ?
Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and guidance.

Sr revision was against Family court decision, which got dismissed. I do not want to go to SC, so is there any other option so that final order in 125 crpc of family court can be modified

1. It appears that you have already filed a Revision Petition before the High court challenging the order passed by the sessions Courrt in connection with your appeal against the order passed by the lower court u/s Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

2. You shall have to challenge the said Order passed by the High Court before the Supreme Coiurt and Article 226 or 227 is in no way connected with your said matter to seek further relief.

Under the provisions of Section 19 of Family Courts Act, a decision/judgement/decree passed by Family Court is appealable before DB of High Court, in that case who advised you for revision ?
