Approach the Free Legal Forums in your concerned Court and certainly they would guide you and take care. First Step would be you have to serve a Legal Notice in detail to your wife.

Divorce With Mutual Consent: ----When husband and wife both agree to a divorce, the courts will consider a divorce with mutual consent. For the petition to be accepted, however, the couple should be separated for over a year.

Divorce Without Mutual Consent: ----In case of a contested divorce, there are specific grounds on which the petition can be made. It isn’t as if a husband or wife can simply ask for a divorce.

First of all, you may file an application for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

Get the matter be sorted amicably with the help of elders, relatives, common friends and well wishers. Even if the case remain unresolved, approach, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceed professionally.
