Court status----admiited(unready)

(Querist) 10 August 2018 This query is : Resolved
My last hearing was on 9/8/2018.....in Bombay High Court.....During hearing both Parties (BMC Appellant)... and me Respondent....My Advocate
insisted on referring to lower court judgement .. in my favour....hence Hon. Judge...insisted to call for the File of the Lower Court(Dindoshi)...Now the Case Status shows......Admitted(unready)...what does it mean legally...
Thanks

Your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and well versed with your matter, court procedures, latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..must have already advised you.
Your counsel has helped you and court has agreed to look into judgment.

If you are not satisfied approach another very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters ,latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..with whom you may share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..
At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL civil courts, HC, SC……
Probably IT i.e line posted by your; means that case is Admitted called file as in your query is awaited..therefore IT is unready.
