Lock in period

Dear Expert ,

My query is that i want to enter into lease agreement for my office .

Whether as per law there is any limit of years of lock in period .

legally what is time period of Lock in period as per LAW.

Law does not specifically provide for any lock in period but it has to be mutually decided by the parties.

There is no such time period. but lease for a year and above must be registered.
