My neighbour has constructed long standing wall touch to my house premises I have given complaint to NAGARPALIKA but till date action is not taken , is. It possible to online application for construction of house in GUJARAT

If your complaint has not been addressed by the local civic authority then you may approach civil court with a mandatory injunction suit to remove the illegal structure from your premises and can include the local civic body as second defendant in the suit.
