You can withdraw with the help of your lawyer or on personal formal request to the judge.

The DV complaint can be withdrawn by the complainant/wife by making statement in the court of the judicial magistrate where the matter is pending. The JMIC on the basis of the statement of the wife for withdrawing the DV complaint will dismiss the complaint as withdrawn.
