Dear Sir,
I am a very broad minded person. I am convent educated and free person. I express my thoughts to any one even if he is a she or he. In my past life i have liked many boys and expressed my feelings to them. Will this be considered as a crime as one person is doing be blackmail for such as act. Kindly give me the suggestion. And even i plan to go abroad will this affect my passport validation. Basically i am a CA students.

Expressing your feelings is not a crime but the way it is expressed may be if it happens to be lewd, indecent, explicit etc... however it is unclear why the man is blackmailing you, you claim to be broad minded so why are you so guilt conscious unless you have really done something which may not be normal in the society's view. In my view the person is trying to take undue advantage of the situation. Further it will also not affect your police report for passport.

dear Suhasini having liked anyone or in affair with anyone will not affect ur passport.
since u ve not mentioned the reasons of balckmail being done by that person....otherwise having love affair or friendly relation with anyone is not a crime.
dont be under pressure, pursue ur studies and work with full concentration.

Ya one thing is true that i express my self.Thanx a lot sir. thanx for ur reply.Ya one thing is true may be he is trying to take undue advantage or may be trying to hide his crime which he did against me through this act.Thanx a lot sir I can study with full concentration.
