During apply for govt job if there is no need for experience certificate ..
Should i mention my post experience if i am removed from service...

Ifyou are revmoved from yovernmet job onaccunt of miscndduct or any offence involving moral turoitude uou loose hope 0f gtting govt job again. gyou can apply for private job alonv with post experience certificate oof government jonbbin private sector.

In Dattatraya Mahadev Nadkarni (Dr.) v. Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay (1992) 2 SCC 547 it has been explained that removal and dismissal from service stand on the same footing and both bring about termination of service though every termination of service does not amount to removal or dismissal. The only difference between the two is that in the case of dismissal the employee is disqualified from future employment while in the case of removal he is not debarred from getting future employment. Therefore, dismissal has more serious consequence in comparison to removal.

Since you are remocved fromGovernmentservice without any stigma you can proceed to apply for anyother Government job befitting your quaoifucatiobns and experiece and also in private sector.

They cant give me experience certificate as this is a case of removal only they gave me reliving certificate and no due certificate with no objection certificate for doing job in any organisation

They give you something like duration certificate which is something like service certificte that you ;''ve worked there from this date to that date from starting date to relieving date.If you appreciate MY ANSWERS PLEASE GIVE ME LIKES.

Not a legal problem.

By the way, even if someone tells you that you can mention the period of service till removal as your experience, what you will gain, if ultimately the recruiter reject that?

Ok it means i can show them removal letter....i am selected for junior assistant in state govt job now they are demanding for different certificate still they have not asked for my bank service certificate i also do not have any experience certificate from my bank except my removal letter and appointment letter ..i did very hard work to get this service i cant loose this job now.....plz always advice me
