Sir
Fir registered under ndps with poppy husk and cocaine in possession but in column 9 regarding (Particulars of property of interest) in fir only poppy husk is mentioned otherwise recovery is shown of poppy husk and cocaine Can i get some benifit from this point for a strong case

My query is whether it is mandatory to mention all things recovered at time of search in column 9 (particulars of property of interest)of fir or it is not mandatory

Of course it is necessary to mention case property in full.

But in fir column 9 only poppy husk is mentioned
but in fir contents poppy husk and cocaine is shown as recovered and same two is shown in recovery
