About mediation

Respected experts,

Can someone please let me know if dispute between Husband and wife is under mediation then can we find status of that dispute on district court website? or in other words is it a case or stage before court case in matter of divorce?

I can tell you about north India every case can be checked from the district court website but I have doubt wether mediation matter is reflected. Better u check about the main case and then check from the concerned court about mediation.

Sir i don't know much about legal procedure but please make me correct if i am wrong, Matrimonial suit comes under family law as i think and i find cause list, orders on district court's website of matrimonial suit,I found that on Howrah district court's website. But when i tried searching my friend's case status i didn't find anything.That's why i asked about mediation.

Dear Ms. Kusum,
You will appreciate I have made a general statement qua the cause list, daily order, order and judgments of Family Court(s) that the same are "not" uploaded for surfing on net, where Howrah Family Court should not be an exception as per directions from Supreme Court on the subject but I am personally unaware about the Howrah Family Court.
However, mediation proceeding are never (generally) uploaded and/or made part of Court proceeding or mentioned/quoted/relied by either of the parties to the litigation, therefore, there is no question of uploading and availability of proceeding of Mediation centre.
Please recheck.

Thank you J C Sir, i think the case is under mediation that's why i didn't find anything on court's website. But yes sir I found on District court Howrah website- matrimonial suit's cause list, court order.That's why i was confused because as i think divorce cases, maintenance, child custody are under family law and court's website is showing all status but the case which i was searching was missing.

And i really appreciate you sir, you make time to reply the questions asked by the people like me.
